How do I get started and buy one of your studios?

What is the building process?

Once you’ve selected one of our standard designs or commissioned a bespoke studio, our skilled team crafts the modular frame in our Test Valley workshop. Once all components are complete, we bring them to your site for assembly. This streamlined process minimises disruption to your home and ensures a swift, efficient construction period.

Can I use your studios all year round?

We offer studios which are fully insulated allowing you to be be able to use your studio in all weathers. We even offer additional extras such as Wood Burners to improve heat in the winter months.

Do I need planning permission to have a garden studio or pavilion in my garden?

No, planning permission is not normally required. However, we must follow the Permitted Development regulations, which direct the unit's size relative to your garden, its height and location. Our in-house designers will guide you through all these requirements. By arrangement we can apply for planning permission if this is required. By keeping the floor area below 30 sq.m and specifying that the space cannot be used for sleeping, compliance with the Building Regulations is also not required.
